First established in 1977, the Hurstwood Group originally gained a reputation for building executive homes in and around Rossendale. Now almost 30 years on the award winning Hurstwood Homes division has become synonymous with building high quality prestigious homes throughout the north of England.

Hurstwood has the flexibility to build high quality homes and developments of all sizes and designs; from the prestigious Leabank Country Estate comprising 8 executive homes and 10 apartments set in picturesque woodland, to Dunepoint, a development of contemporary styled apartments and penthouses overlooking the Irish sea at Lytham St. Annes.

Recent accolades include winning the Daily Mail's Best Development in Lancashire Award two years running.

2007 saw the launch of Hurstwood Living, a brand new residential division designed to bring Hurstwood house building values to properties predominantly in the £150,000 to £400,000 price range.

The division currently has five developments in progress in Lancashire, Yorkshire and North Wales areas with more schemes anticipated within the coming months.

Hurstwood Living represents a different concept compared to the groups traditional home building policy but will remain true to Hurstwood's core values of quality design, build and specification.
